Hello Christ1, I guess because the pop-up only appears when I try to run Thunderbird.

I went to uninstall the program as well, and the same pop-up appeared there. I used Total Uninstall to remove the program and then it allowed me to reinstall the latest version.

I have deleted the files and the folder previously, but it makes no difference.
